A: Acidophil can be determined by their hot pink color. Acidophil is also a word that means the "love" of acid. This is why the acidophil is determined by the color pink due to the acid eosin. Also they are in charge of producing growth hormone(GH) and prolactin (PRL).

B: Basophil can be determined by their dark blue color. Basophil is also a word that means the "love' of base. This is why the basophil is determined bye the dark blue color due to the base haematoxylin. In addition they are in charge of producing follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) also known as thyrotropin.

C: Chromophobe cell basically means the "fear" of "color". So, you can see that these cells have no color/dye.
